The Imaginarium is working with Community Connections to help Southwest Florida students prepare for the 2009-10 School Year.
Now through Sept. 7, bring any school supply to the Imaginarium and receive $1 discount off regular admission! Supplies being collected include: crayons, markers, #2 pencils, glue or glue sticks, notebooks, paper, index cards, rulers, scissors, lunch boxes and backpacks. Distribution will be through the Community Connections group with the Dr. Ella Piper Center.
Enjoy a day at the Imaginarium filled with 60 interactive exhibits that include live animal encounters, Hands-On Fun shows, and the new 3-D movie, SOS Planet! Discover the Hurricane Experience, forecast the weather, experience Hands-On Fun shows, explore energy and motion, get up close and personal with stingrays and other marine life at the SEA-to-SEE Touch Tanks, then feed the fish at the outdoor freshwater Fisheye Lagoon, while littlest visitors can explore Tiny Town and more.
Enjoy the $1 off regular admission when you donate any school supplies at the Imaginarium collection box and thank you for helping our community.
Adult admission is $12, seniors (age 55 & up) are $10 and children (ages 3-12) are $8. Package admission now includes 3-D movie tickets, glasses, and a fish food token. Museum Members and children under age 3 are always admitted free.
