To the editor,
In my opinion, I believe it's time for Steve Maxwell to have an independent, impartial review of his quest to obtain city documents to the disputed roadway issue affecting his property.
I've known Steve for over 20 years, both as a government studies teacher at Cape Coral High School and as a trusted friend.
For better or worse, Steve is a stand-up guy who doesn't walk away from a principle he believes.
