Francis Bailey, one of the most respected and dedicated citizens of Sanibel, celebrates his 91st birthday with cake and ice cream surrounded by a group of friends, family, customers and employees at Bailey's General Store. Francis, with his nurse Kimberly Hollen, enjoys the festivities from his "throne."
