The Horton Park Boat Ramp will be closed for repairs beginning Monday, June 11. The project includes repairs to the ramp and some ADA improvements. Weather permitting, the project should be completed by June 30.
Boaters can use the Rosen Park boat ramp located at 2414 S.E. 15th Terrace while work is being done at Horton Park. This ramp also provides access to the Caloosahatchee River. The $81,000 project is funded by the state's Florida Boating Improvement Program. CSJ of Southwest FL, Inc. is the contractor.
