F.I.S.H. (Friends In Service Here) of Sanibel has teamed up with J.McLaughlin, a new designer clothing store on Sanibel, for a food drive running from Dec. 1 through 15.

This food drive aims to help restock the FISH Food Pantry in time for the holiday season. Currently, 121 families representing 259 individuals are using the food pantry on a regular basis. Bring non-perishable food items to the J.McLaughlin store in the Heart of the Island Shops, 1616 Periwinkle Way.

"We understand how challenging it can be to support a large client base, and especially with the approaching holidays. That is why we decided to help in restocking the FISH Food Pantry," said Pegge Ford, Sanibel store manager. "Being a new neighbor on the island, we sincerely look forward to working with FISH helping them in their mission of neighbors helping neighbors on the islands."

Brothers Jay and Kevin McLaughlin opened their first store 35 years ago on New York's Upper East Side. From the moment the doors opened J.McLaughlin established itself as a classic American brand featuring a flair for color and signature prints for both men and women.

Now, they have brought their style to Sanibel, introducing a new resort collection just in time for the holidays.
